2000, January
C.H.Erbsloeh Benelux BV opens a european central warehouse facility in the Netherlands for UNILENEÒ products from the supplier Petroquimica Uniâo, Brazil.
2000, October
Two new members join the LEL group; Chemverga S.r.L. Rome, works especially on the sector of paints, varnishes, pigments, coatings, adhesives and metal-processing as agent and distributor for the chemicals industry.
Zeus Quimica S.A., a distributor in Barcelona, handling the products and specialities of many suppliers, including well known multinationals, for various industrial applications. To complement their commercial coverage of the Spanish market, they have set up a subsidiary, Zeus Quimica L.d.a. in Portugal to achieve better delivery service in this country.
2001, April
Founding of C.H.Erbslöh, Baltic with headquarters in Kaunas, Lithuania, co-operating with C.H.Erbslöh Polska sp. Z.o.o. to cover the market in the Baltic States.
2001, September
We celebrate an extraordinary Jubilee. Our company reaches the age of 125 years. During the festivities we welcome about 300 guests from Germany and overseas all from the immediate business orbit of the company as well as civic an political dignitaries. Our thanks go first and foremost to our employees whose work, above all, has enabled the company to grow. We look back with pride to past achievements and with confidence into the future.
2001, November
A restructuring of the LEL-Group is carried through. Lawrence Industries and ChemVerga withdraws from the partnership. New partners, Lake, England and URAI, Italy are admitted.
2002, June
Together with BIONORD, a well known distributor in the Cosmetic and Personal Care market in Scandinavia , a new company – C.H.ERBSLÖH BIONORD – was founded in order to serve the Scandinavian Market and to satisfy the demand of additional suppliers primarily in the Paint & Coatings market.
Additional market segments will be added as business developes.
2002, October
The transportation company BENDER from Krefeld has been chosen as a partner with the respective know how to buy a strategic warehouse and transportation company in Gerlingen, South of Germany. The new JV – BENDER GERLINGEN – is of prominent importance to CHE due to the fact that this is one of the very few facilities in Germany with a permission to store NC, a product line where CHE distributes the products of WOLFF.
2003, December
After a nine month's preparation time C.H.Erbslöh Russia in Moscow is started as a 100 % subsidiary of C.H.Erbslöh Polska. The idea is to copy in a market, which is considered to be in another decade the biggest single European market, the success story of C.H.Erbslöh Polska, the first subsidiary, which had been started in 1997.
2004, November
Foundation of C.H. Erbslöh Benelux N.V. in Belgium . This subsidiary starts with the intention to optimize our sales activities on the market of Benelux for the product lines “Polymers, lubrication and wastewater treatment”.
2005, January
With the start-up of INNOTASTE GmbH C.H.Erbslöh starts to penetrate the food market. The new name keeps the “chemical touch” away and indicates the first significant product range distributed by the new company, food aromas and flavours.
2005, January
Together with largest commodity distributor of Hungary NOVOCHEM C.H.Erbslöh starts a speciality distribution company in Budapest under the name of C.H.Erbslöh Hungaria kft. The aim is to serve from Budapest the Hungarian as well as the Romanian market with specialities for the several industrial segments.
